We liked the location, 10 minutes by car from the center of Vieux Lyon, we chose the ground floor, with a terrace and used the private parking. Everything was practical and pleasant.

The accommodation differed significantly from the representation on ab. Both the actual condition of the room and the overall impression of the property did not match what was expected from the published photos and information at booking. We stayed in room CLE. Upon entering the room, a very unpleasant smell was noticeable. The bed linen especially smelled like wet dog. It seemed old and inadequately cleaned. Moreover, the room gave a distinctly worn, untidy, and partly defective impression. During our stay we noted the following concrete defects: The curtain rod on the right window fell. No proper extra beds were available; instead there were only mattresses directly on the floor. The shower faucet came loose during use. The bathroom door handle also came loose. Several corners and areas of the ceilings were visibly dirty. The furnishings overall looked heavily worn and only inadequately maintained. The outdoor area also did not match the impression conveyed by the pictures on vermittelten. Various items were lying around, and the entire complex seemed much less maintained than on the published photos. In this regard, the depiction of the photographed swimming pool also seems problematic, as you cannot see how old it is. We requested a refund, but the owner unfortunately refused.

The place is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, but it falls far short of the promised service. The bathroom is very old, with a shower curtain stained with mold, a broken wall and mirror, and it sits on the other side of the hallway yet cannot be locked from the outside—anyone can enter. The bed sheets are dirty, with hair, stains, and fur. The rest of the room matches the condition of the beds. The two children’s beds are not real beds; they are just mattresses placed on the floor.
