Hotel Ambassador, completely renovated

“All in all a great experience, nice clean room, centrally located and kind staff”

The place was very clean, very central, completely renovated, and the staff were kind. The breakfast was minimal, not much value for money, so I’d rather grab breakfast elsewhere.

“Stay was pleasant, friendly staff, housekeeping excellent. Price/quality OK, would stay again”

The location was great. The room size was fine, as expected. The air‑con worked well, there were enough TV channels, and the lighting was good for reading. Storage in the room was poor. I’d never seen a kettle and coffeemaker tucked into a wardrobe before. The work table/desk could have been larger to fit those items plus a laptop. The shelf and hanging space in the wardrobe were very limited for two people. The pillows were too large; thinner options should be available.

“Ma voi intoarce cu siguranta!”

The hotel is modern, the rooms are small but stylish, clean, well lit, and pretty. It’s very well situated on a street with all the top brands, just a few steps from the beach, terraces, restaurants, and the old town. The comfortable beds made for a great sleep! Breakfast was okay. I recommend it! ❤️

“wunderbar und war schön unsere Auszeit im Ambassador zu verbringen”

We booked a very nice room and the hotel’s location is simply perfect, close to both the beach and the city. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast at the hotel because we found 20.- Euro a bit high and it should actually be included. The only real issue was the breakfast, which we didn’t find great. We did hear some noise from the hallway or other rooms, but it wasn’t too bad.

I forgot the essential impotence medication and received no response by phone or messages. I called 30 times, left several messages and an email, and I am horrified by the staff’s attitude.
