This hotel is situated on a remote island with very few people. While this might be a plus for some, it also means that the hotel's services can be a bit limited. On one occasion, the power went out for four hours, which was a bit of a nuisance.

We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, and the coffee was great. However, the hotel is still quite new, and there's a lack of dining options on the island. Fortunately, our hotel manager went out of their way to fetch us some food, which was a nice touch.

The location is absolutely perfect, but the island is still pretty barren with no cafes or shops yet. The hotel itself is brand new and the staff are super friendly.

“Un endroit à visiter île au parfum”

The entire team was fantastic, especially my son Nguyễn, who always had a smile on his face and a heart full of kindness. The service was generally excellent, but the dinner service was a bit more complicated, but my son did his best to make sure I was satisfied.

“ZONA DESPOBLADA BUEN HOTEL”

The hotel is new and the staff are super friendly and helpful, but it's located on an island off Phu Quoc and you can only get there by cable car. After 5 pm, the island is basically deserted, with no restaurants, pharmacies, or anything else. The area is still under construction, and the pool is actually located in the water park, which closes at 5 pm. If you want to eat later than that, a boat from Phu Quoc can bring you food for a fee.
