Lovely Double Room

The kitchen equipment is very good, even a washing machine is available. The host is friendly. In ten minutes on foot you reach the nearest subway station. Small shops, kiosks, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are also easily reachable. This accommodation suits guests looking for an affordable yet well-equipped stay, especially noting the cleanliness and the host’s friendliness.

This place is incredibly worth the price paid! The location is great, with many reasonably priced restaurants, takeaways, shops and cafés nearby, and the accommodation is easy to reach by both bus and metro. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, balcony, and small dining area are all great, and most importantly the host has been incredibly helpful, answering any queries I had and offering solutions to any issues.

The place was pretty cute, tidy, fairly clean, well furnished, and the kitchen worked. The big downside was the noise from the nearby train station; if you’re a light sleeper it’s hard to get good rest.

Having a kitchen and a washing machine was a plus, and the room was very clean. Finding the exact address was tricky, and although they said there was an air conditioner, it was just a fan so it got very hot. The window in front of the room faces the tracks, so it’s noisy even at dawn.

“Muy limpia y muy bien conectada en transporte público pero realmente difícil dormir.”

The room was very clean, close to the metro station, well connected, and had good facilities for cooking and showering. However, the room we stayed in was right next to the train tracks, making it really hard to sleep with trains passing every two to three minutes. The blinds or curtains didn’t block the sun, so you’d wake up to daylight, and because of the proximity to the tracks you couldn’t open the window for airflow, which made the room very hot (June). As a suggestion, install an air conditioner in that room (room 2 floor 2) and consider offering earplugs or a sleep mask as a courtesy, since they’re really needed.
