This hotel is on the road of Kataragama and Wellawaya. The site of Buduruwagala Rock Carvings is within walking distance. The owner is kind and introduced a day trip to Kataragama. However, the hotel has no Wi‑Fi, no drinking water, and no tea/coffee service. In the city of Wellawaya there are very few restaurants for lunch or dinner; only the Chinese restaurant Avenra Chinese Restaurant is recommendable.

Very nice owner with a private cook and good food. The food is a bit overpriced: dinner plus breakfast cost more than the villa itself for 8 people.
