The room was very comfortable with a sumptuous bed and gorgeous decor, blackout blinds, quiet surroundings, a plush bathroom, and the softest towels. However, the price breakdown was vague and I never heard back when I asked about extra costs, so I didn't use the slippers or bottled water. The coffee machine was tricky—on a higher shelf and the pod mechanism required a bit of skill. I hope the big plastic pods are recyclable, otherwise they'd be very wasteful.
