The place is surprisingly good; the building looks abandoned outside but works well inside. I was robbed at the Campinas bus station, it was horrible, but the hostel helped as much as it could. The hostel has no reception, no internal intercom; contacting the hostel without a phone is impossible. Everything is automated or via phone.

The place is clean, but there's no on‑site staff; everything is handled via WhatsApp. They don't serve breakfast, only a small shared kitchenette. The hotel sits right in the city center, with a huge supermarket just 50 meters away, a gas station and a bakery nearby. I slipped in the bathroom – only one side of the floor is non‑slip, the other isn’t, and there’s no glass partition to keep water from spilling into the non‑slip area, making it dangerous. The Wi‑Fi was awful, constantly buffering so I couldn’t watch anything properly.

The location is excellent and the value for money is great. The place was spotless and well organized, and checking in and out was a breeze.
