Great price‑for‑value. The shared bathroom shower wasn’t working.

The room didn’t match the description at all. No window, not enough extra blankets, and the exchange rate applied was totally wrong compared to the bank rate.

The warmth makes you feel at home, it’s safe, close to a supermarket, restaurants, a market, the centre, and more.

The location is superb, just an 8‑minute walk to the main square, with cheap restaurants nearby and easy access for tours (some streets in Cusco are car‑free). The staff are friendly and the place stays clean. Breakfast is simple but typical for South America: two breads, butter, coffee, and avocado. The kitchen feels cramped for so many guests. Since the front desk doesn’t hand out keys, you have to ring the bell to get in, and my room was next to reception, so the bell rang all day and night, making it hard to sleep. Wi‑Fi signal in the rooms is weak.
