Public parking is nearby, with an additional fee, and the riad is 15 km from Fes–Saïss Airport.

The riad owner was extremely friendly and helpful, recommending sights, sharing history, everyday life, and local culture. The riad itself is beautiful for its age and history, and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast varied daily and was always excellent. We’ll definitely return!

A wonderful spot for exploring the Medina of Fès while still having quiet in the secluded alleys. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The rooms were great, as were the lounge and the roof terrace. All our requests were met, with trip tips and answers to questions. Hospitality is a priority here! We felt completely at ease and will come back anytime. A heartfelt recommendation for anyone traveling to Fès.

We came from Gipuzkoa (Basque Country) and stayed at this riad for six nights, and we couldn’t be more grateful. First, the hotel is right next to one of the main entrances to the medina (about a 2‑minute walk). The place is very clean and cozy, with an interior terrace and a rooftop terrace that are lovely for photos. Especially the food: breakfasts are tasty and plentiful, with some variation each day. We also dined twice at the riad, with authentic Moroccan dishes that were a real delight. On the other hand, the host, Zouhair, gave us outstanding service. From the moment we arrived in Fez at 1:00 a.m.—something they advised against because it could be dangerous—we were greeted and helped from the taxi drop‑off to the riad. He gave us his phone and stayed in touch for anything we needed. The first day he personally guided us into the medina, offering explanations and tips so we could navigate from the start. In short, a very pleasant experience and highly recommendable for both the location and the service. If we return to Fez, we’ll stay here again.
