The location works, but the breakfast was terrible—only yoghurt and apples, everything else was high‑fat. The staff at the counter were completely unhelpful, just doing the bare minimum of their job.

Breakfast was the highlight with a nice variety, and Jane worked two mornings and was fantastic—very helpful and made sure everything was fine. The rooms need an upgrade; TV options were limited, there was only one small trash can in the bathroom which makes no sense, and the rooms felt bare minimum.

The hotel is decent, well‑located, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is plentiful but awful, which is just the American standard. Unfortunately it loses all points because it charged extra for a tourist tax already paid, for water that’s always free in rooms, and for vouchers we never received. The hotel won’t respond to messages and there’s no way to protect yourself, as money disappears from the deposit card on the day of departure without your knowledge.
