Apart from the staff’s friendliness, there wasn’t much else! The room was dirty, old, with three single beds (one bunk or a double bed and a single). It was tiny, the shower was very old, the shower tap was broken, there was very little hot water, and many trucks in the parking lot made it feel unsafe.

The hotel’s location near the tram stop, the comfort of the bedding, and the warm welcome from the staff were positives, but there was no hot water in the shower and the kettle that was advertised in the room’s amenities was missing.
