The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location is convenient. I especially want to thank Egemen Çetin for charging my electric car. However, the hotel feels very old and tired; although our room had been renovated, the work was poorly finished—paint was applied over the tiles. The bathroom drainage was problematic: when we showered, the water didn’t drain properly through the floor drain and spread across the bathroom floor, leaving the whole room wet. The snack bar had very little available, and bar service was often slow. The beach area wasn’t properly cleaned or looked after. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and service.
