“Average room that met our needs”
The bed was comfortable, but the room itself was basic.
“Très bien”
The place was very clean, with plenty of access to everything in the hotel. The bilingual staff provided excellent service and the beds were very comfortable. It was good, but the hotel would benefit from a few renovations to bring it up to date.
The front desk staff were amazing, the pool was available, and the entrance was really nicely decorated. However, there was mold on the ceiling over the bed, a dry blood stain on the comforter that wasn’t visible until the next morning, an odd smell in the room, and the towels at the pool were rust‑stained and need attention.
“Hotel à redécorrer.”
The room was very comfortable, yet the hotel is huge with many exits and few entrances (the doors close when you leave). Someone with reduced mobility has to walk a kilometer before reaching the room. The hotel could use a bit of love. The bathrooms are small and quite cramped; nobody would accept that at home.
The location was good, the team’s welcome was warm, and the room size was fine, but it felt a little old‑fashioned.
