“Pleasant, relaxing and very friendly and helpful staff”
Breakfast was excellent, especially the gluten‑free options, thank you. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the menu looked amazing, will try it next time.

Caravelli, housed in one of Loughborough’s oldest buildings, blends historic charm with modern comfort. Elegant rooms feature exposed beams, flat‑screen TVs, tea/coffee stations, and private bathrooms with free toiletries. The air‑conditioned restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine and seasonal specials, while a bar offers fine wines and fresh coffees.

The location is great. The restaurant is interesting, the food delicious, and the service is five‑star. The stairs and hallway up to our room look tired, the walls could use a makeover, and the carpet looks grubby, but the room itself was lovely, spacious, full of character, and had a comfy bed.

The staff were lovely, the location great and the food wonderful. I didn’t realize I hadn’t paid for parking, but they still helped me out. For the price I paid, the value was incredible.

The receptionist was unhelpful, the TV was broken and there was no English beer.

The room and facilities were excellent. I was concerned about the bill payment after booking through the site, but I think that issue is now resolved, just a small negative.
