The room was spacious, but the receptionist refused to give me the booked room and forced me to take a lower one.

The staff were decent, but the room was infested with cockroaches, the pillow and bedsheet were dirty, the bathroom was filthy and stank badly, and the room was dusty.

The hotel looks worn and clearly old, but it stays clean and orderly as best as possible given its condition; the room and common areas were tidy, and the staff clearly try to keep things clean—a sensible choice for a simple, no‑frills stay if you accept the building’s age.
