A business hotel that’s efficient and friendly, on the edge of the countryside yet easy to reach central Copenhagen. Parking is convenient right at the front. The smoke from the fire pits in the back garden was unpleasant, as was the accompanying music.

The breakfast was very good, though there was no orange juice. The area is clean and very nice. A short walk takes you to Furesøen for a swim in the lake, and you can easily access the forest and Mølleåen. Dining options and a supermarket are in Virum, about a 35‑minute walk. A bus to Lyngby/Virum is close by the hotel. Rooms that face the parking lot aren’t very cozy, water pressure is low, and the plumbing needs fixing.

I loved the location and the spacious room with a terrace, but the noise from conversations and footsteps in the hallway was almost impossible to ignore, and the soap dispensers in the bathroom barely worked—they were clogged and clearly need replacing.
