Breakfast was very good, with portions always replenished, and the restaurant felt cozy. The blackout curtain in the chalet didn’t block light completely.

I had a pretty positive experience overall, but a few key issues could be improved. The first downside was the shower installed inside the bathtub. While it saves space, it feels inadequate; when bathing, body grime inevitably contacts the tub, and later the guest might want to use the tub for a whirlpool, but it’s already been used for showering. This space-saving choice slightly compromised the experience. The tub itself had sludge and mold signs on the drain and in the shower box, which is worrying because the whirlpool is a major selling point. Those signs give a sense of poor cleanliness in an area that should get extra care. The second issue was the shower temperature control system. Two valves—one hot, one cold—made the hot water extremely hot, and it was hard to find a comfortable temperature. Even with the hot valve almost closed and the cold valve fully open, the temperature kept oscillating between hot and cold, making the shower a bit uncomfortable. The third problem was Wi‑Fi. During my stay, the connection was very bad and extremely slow. I tried using my phone on the hotel network, but the speed was so low that I could barely use it. On the bright side, the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. Their willingness to solve small problems was excellent, showing care for guests’ well‑being. The room cleaning service also exceeded my expectations. I posted a full review in the previous field.
