La Selva Lodge was an unforgettable experience - the staff were super welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the get-go. The lodge itself is amazing, set deep in the Amazon with comfy rooms that feel luxurious but still connected to nature. I loved the guided tours, the guides were so knowledgeable and passionate, and helped me spot some incredible wildlife.

This place is a real treat - the location, experience, and staff are all top-class. Being in the middle of the Amazon is a bucket list trip, and La Selva Lodge made it one to remember. The lodge is lovely, recently renovated, and the staff make you feel right at home. That being said, I did think the price was a bit steep considering they don't include soft drinks and coffee - I get that booze costs extra, but it felt a bit stingy.
