The place itself was good. The downside was that no one on staff spoke Portuguese.

The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Maggie and Grace guided us on day‑trip and restaurant choices, while the managers and concierge were also supportive. Owner Lisa was always present and accessible. The hotel itself is beautiful, with decorative touches that make it unique, and the vibe is friendly; we can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was great, and the breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

The hotel and room were lovely, with great facilities like the pool and plenty of chill areas. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, so I’d definitely recommend it and stay again. The only gripe was the breakfast variety; it got repetitive over a week, so a few pancakes or something would have helped.

A nice small‑scale location with good parking. The medium‑sized room had a balcony, and the atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were friendly, and the pool area was a pleasant spot. The breakfast was very simple in a small dining room with minimal furniture. The toilet didn’t flush well due to too little water, and sometimes the hot water for the shower was limited.

The property felt very welcoming, and the staff were incredible. Breakfast and 24‑hour coffee access were wonderful. It was a breath of fresh air, especially after our busy stay in Lisbon, which was beautiful but hectic. I loved the serenity of this hotel, and if I ever visit Portugal again, I’ll definitely stay here.
