When the ad says breakfast, I expect it on site. I got an address inside the city, 3.5 km away. When I drove there, the parking was full. I drove on and demanded a refund for the breakfast cost. Breakfast in Strømstad instead. Will I get a refund for breakfast? I won't come back. Open the restaurant that is there. Closed after summer.

Okay. The booking was complete chaos. A data breach caused total confusion – I didn’t get the room I needed. I was supposed to get a terrace room but was given a room on the 2nd floor with sea view. I can’t walk up the stairs with prostheses in both legs, so I didn’t move into the hotel and stayed with friends. This is the ninth time I’ve visited the hotel. Never again, I’ll find alternatives. The oyster festival has been and is my goal.
