Everything is definitely excellent; we will visit them in Brazil, New York, and Puerto Rico. I repeat everything is excellent. Thank you so much. There are minimal aspects to improve, such as having restaurant menus and general information also in Spanish, and we encountered a bothersome problem: the strong noise the doors make when closing, which interrupted our rest many times. We also think it is important to have a distinctive badge for hotel guests for security reasons, something on the level of the hotel, not those ugly and ordinary paper handles they put everywhere.

Cleanliness, service and facilities. Very relaxed atmosphere and flexibly policies for check out based on flight times. Perhaps works from construction site next to balcony

I was generally pleased with the stay and the hotel happily accepted my little dog; the dog bed and housekeeping staff were helpful. However, the billing was problematic, with many errors and inflated charges that required careful attention.

I was impressed by how smoothly a hotel that’s only been open for a year ran, from the food to the quick service and friendly staff; the room was spacious with a large bed and high‑quality linens, and the coffee was lovely. The location was excellent, and I’ll definitely return on my next trip to PV. The only downside was the lack of a gym or spa, but I managed to walk 8 minutes to a local gym.
