“Beautiful Hotel”

I’ve stayed at Lochside Hotel before, and this time we were kindly upgraded, which was amazing 😲 Emma at reception was especially nice and even helped with our luggage—thanks again Emma! The room was immaculate, with top‑grade cleanliness and quality. The grounds, lounge and dining areas were particularly relaxing. The staff who served us the evening meal and breakfast were 10/10. Unfortunately, we chose not to use the spa due to medical reasons. No complaints except for the technical lighting system, which we eventually figured out… lol 😆 (Getting too old for modern technology) 😅

“Fabulous stay in the Cygnet Suite. Food was lovely. All the staff were lovely & friendly.”

The vistas were stunning, the rooms were lovely, the restaurant was great, and the spa was delightful.

I was just an hour from Glasgow, yet the facilities and scenery were superb, and the food was amazing. Apart from the distance, everything else was perfect.

The location and facilities were great, but the grab handle on the shower was loose on the wall, which I had already reported to reception.

“We had a lovely stay in this excellent hotel”

Everything was excellent: the beds were comfortable, the location was good, the staff were friendly, the towels were large, the food was tasty, and the dining room offered great views. We didn't mind it, but we didn't see a lift—there's only one floor above.
