The property, arrangements, and staff are all poor, and the staff don’t understand what you’re there for. They push you to sleep on stinky beds, creating the worst atmosphere. You’re put in a room surrounded by loud noise: a kitchen next to you, a common room next to you. The music they play at the reception can be heard from 50 m away, and the same goes for all inside the property, from the 3rd floor or elsewhere. The bed doesn’t come with any curtain, so your privacy isn’t respected. The staff are working the least and enjoying the most (no offence), but they’re not welcoming; they’re busy with their own fun. They will make you wait 3–4 hours (they say “aap bahar kahi lunch kar ke aao, your bed will be ready, and when you come back they’re still listening to loud music and playing games on phone”); they’ll give you the bed in 15 minutes, but then they’ll do “Ehsaan” on you by arranging a stinky and stained bed.
