“Un lieu agréable”

The location is great, we’re in the heart of Jericoacoara without being in the non‑sleeping zones. The on‑site team is very professional and my contact was extremely responsive. We had a minor water leak that was fixed within an hour while we were away. The hotel itself is charming, friendly and relaxing, well maintained in the garden and overall. Breakfast is generous, but not choosing your own portions leads to waste. Unfortunately, in my view the mattress was not optimal, the shower and other small equipment were not high quality, the hot‑water system didn’t work properly and the shower has a tap just above the water inlet. The air conditioning blew directly on us despite several adjustments, the TV sound in our room was completely muffled, the TV itself was hard to use and it struggled. Luckily it’s a destination where we weren’t counting on rest in the room.

I liked the location, service, cleanliness, breakfast, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The place is pretty and charming. I didn’t like the mattress being a bit firm and the pillows.
