The price was very cheap and the hotel is close to UiTM and the beach. The room was dirty, had no TV, no mirror, no towel dispenser, and the surroundings were not clean enough – it needed tidying to feel comfortable.

lokasi berhampiran pantai dan masjid sangat dekat. laluan tangga yang sempit dan curam amat tidak sesuai untuk warga emas dan orang kurang upaya. tandas di dalam bilik tidur tiada pengudaraan. berhabuk . suis lampu cuma 1 suis untuk 3 lampu (termasuk tandas). langsir yang nipis cahaya tembus masuk dari luar dan silau disiang hari

The stay was good for the price: a nice sea view, plenty of parking, and a convenient self‑check‑in. The spot is well‑placed, with a small café next door for coffee. We didn’t expect much for the low cost, but it was one of the cheapest we found in Dungun. The room was adequate for a short stay, though cleanliness could improve and there were few facilities. Overall, it’s a basic place mainly for sleeping and showering, and for the price it’s hard to complain. The downside was the room’s condition: many insects, dust in several spots, and a strong cigarette smell. The bedsheet and mattress also had an unpleasant odor, affecting our comfort. We were disappointed with the water dispenser; although a filtered water machine was provided, the water tasted off and seemed unserviced, so we hesitated to drink it.

“Need improvement”

The location is near the beach, giving a perfect sunrise view in June. Cleanliness was poor – hair on the floor when you first entered the room. The windows couldn’t be closed because the lock was broken. The fan stayed on speed one, while the air conditioner took over.
