The location is good and the city center is close, and the price‑quality ratio is solid, but I didn’t realize when booking that the bathroom was shared; everything was clean, but I wasn’t prepared for that.

The hosts were welcoming, but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

The host was very friendly, the location near the center is superb, the large shared dining area has a kitchen, the price‑quality ratio is excellent, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the airport transfer to Kutaisi at night is convenient; the kitchen area is in the basement so the cabinets are a bit stale, but most of the rows are laid out outside the cabinets, so we preferred to use those.

The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, and everything was perfect.
