Everything was perfect.

The host is pleasant, even though he doesn’t speak Spanish or English. Street parking is close to the accommodation (2 spots). The room is spacious and has a fridge. The suburb feels unsafe, the place looks old, the price is too high for what it offers, and other guests scared me. Leaving the key visible to other guests when you leave the building for a while (without the host’s supervision) is a problem. The place is a boarding house without a reception, but you pay for a 3‑star hotel. I wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed for just one night and it went well. The owner, Mr. Vincenzo, was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but adequate for a B&B, with freshly made cappuccino, homemade cake, fruit juice, and toast with jam. Free street parking is available.

At least the gentleman was polite and courteous. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness, purely for hygiene reasons, not to be picky. The bathroom was awful, SHIT! I didn’t take many photos or search for the mess; it’s obvious from the pictures. The bathroom was crusty, and the tile was dirty in several spots.
