We had booked a triple room but because of a fault they gave us two rooms, both functional and especially spotless; the newly renovated bathrooms even have a toothbrush. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. If we return to Turin, we’ll choose this hotel again for its excellent location.
We chose the hotel for its secure courtyard parking, but on Ferragosto there were plenty of free spots on the street. The hotel is very clean, the staff all very friendly and attentive. The well‑working air‑conditioning was a blessing at 36° outside. Breakfast was very good (sweet & savory). Only the breakfast room is a bit small. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back.
The breakfast was sufficient, offering fruit, pastries, sausage, cheese, and eggs. The location was excellent, with the metro nearby and a short walk to reach it, and the air‑conditioning worked well.

The location, the air‑conditioning, and the good communication were all positives, but they charge an extra 5€ for a child who comes down for breakfast. Even though the child is 2 years old and doesn’t eat anything offered, the menu is already very basic.
I stayed at a very nice family hotel that was clean, had a good shower, a fridge, air‑conditioning, and they even put a kettle in my room when I asked. The breakfast was simple but plenty enough to eat. I requested a room with a courtyard view and they obliged. The location is good, close to the metro and the Valentino Park, so I’d stay again if I need to. Everything was fine.
