How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location near KTX, Yeongdeungpo Market, and two department stores is perfect, and I’ve stayed here three times in the past three years. The front desk staff speak Japanese very well, and they provide a simple map of Yeongdeungpo and explain subway transfers to tourist spots, so even someone like me who prefers analog can reach destinations without getting lost. The staff were kind and spoke Japanese, which was great! On the second day, after coming back from outside, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, which was annoying. The smell disappeared after I showered, so it wasn’t constant, but if you’re sensitive it’s worth knowing. Other than that, it was fine.

This hotel is amazing! We arrived very early, around 3 a.m., and the reception staff welcomed us warmly. Even though it was so late, check‑in was smooth and hassle‑free. We booked two rooms for our family of four, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Fresh towels were given every day, which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was generous, offering a great mix of Korean local dishes and Western options, so there was something for everyone and we really enjoyed starting our mornings there. One thing that impressed us was the service: when we checked out, we asked if we could leave some luggage with them while heading to Busan for four days, and they gladly agreed! This was especially helpful because we had booked another stay with the same hotel when we returned to Seoul. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of two subway stations and Lotte Department Store, and there are plenty of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are quite small, and there is no proper cabinet or wardrobe for clothes, so we had to keep most of our belongings in our luggage. Another small downside is that the TV channels are mostly local Korean channels, with no Netflix or YouTube available. This wasn’t a major issue for us since we spent most of our time exploring Seoul, but it would have been nice to have some streaming options to relax with after a long day.
