When I checked in, I found my room is dirty, the bed is a mess, the garbage bin is full, and there was no housekeeping. The receptionist was not friendly to us and leave us behind to back his home, we cancelled the room and no where to live

The TV doesn’t work

I appreciate the location. Our room looked nothing like any of the rooms advertised. I expected the outside to also look much nicer than it is. There was no desk, the paintings were sitting on the floor and we have a toddler. The shower did not have shelving to put any toiletries, and all provided toiletries were outside on the counter. The toilet roll holder was also rusted which made me very nervous. It took several attempts with the office to locate the remote for the television. Also, expect to hear everything from upstairs or next door
