“Very bad hotel, no cleaning, very worst service”
The service was very poor, and the staff need to learn how to speak politely to guests.

The room was a decent size, but the alleyway leading to the entrance smelled like urine.

The hotel is close to the city centre and the staff were friendly, yet the bathroom was a bit dirty.

Everything was fine, but the cleanliness and towels left something to be desired; there were no soaps in the bathroom.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, so you sleep well and that's the only thing in its favour. The room had a musty smell, sometimes the bathroom emitted bad odors; it is definitely not a four‑star place but more like a pension. They don’t have a dining room; I had booked half‑board and had to eat at a tiny table near the entrance and stairs, and for dinner you can only order two very spicy Indian dishes. Breakfast was just cheese toast with coffee or tea, I don’t know who rates these hotels in India, probably solo reviewers, because more than a four‑star it feels like a four‑stale.
