The location was good and the breakfast decent, and the staff were very friendly. The Wi‑Fi in the rooms only worked if the door was open. In my room, gypsum dust fell on surfaces every day, which was unpleasant. To shower, I had to notify reception 15 minutes in advance, otherwise there was no hot water.

The oven was very good. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were always friendly, although the electricity in our original room didn’t work at first, so we switched rooms immediately. The property features nice décor with many flowers, a modern lobby, and even a rooftop bar with a restaurant. You can have food delivered to your room. Even though the room was generally tidy, there were a few small issues that don’t meet European standards, such as a slightly dirty floor and a terribly placed light switch layout. For example, the main light can only be turned on from the back corner of the bed.

I recently stayed here and it was a flawless 5‑star experience: from the warm welcome and professional staff at check‑in to the immaculate, well‑designed rooms with modern yet cozy interiors, a super comfy bed, and a relaxing ambience. The café’s coffee, mocktails, and cocktails were excellent, made with quality ingredients and great presentation, and every dish and drink met a high standard of taste and creativity. The hotel’s overall elegance suited both leisure and business travelers, and cleanliness was consistently impressive throughout all areas. The staff went above and beyond, promptly and politely attending to every need with meticulous attention to detail. All in all, this hotel surpasses expectations in comfort, service, cleanliness, and overall experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury and relaxation—without a doubt it deserves a full 5‑star rating and I can’t wait to return.
