I liked the kitchen and the refrigerator, but the oven felt a bit old. The lady at breakfast was very rude and wouldn’t let me take an extra spoon. I got a ticket from the police because I parked the car 10 minutes to bring my heavy suitcases to my van. The air conditioner was broken and the apartment was dirty.

The place is close to the beach and the pool is accessible. However, there were cockroaches, missing utensils and cookware, and no kettle to make coffee or a tray for pizza; I had to buy one. The gentleman at the front desk on July 16 2026 was extremely rude and unfriendly. The cleaning staff were friendly and Donna, the lady who manages breakfast, was great and helpful. The pool was disgusting some days, with oily sunscreen sitting on the water.

The location is fine. The staff checking in were very rude and gave no information about breakfast, which was horrible. The room smelled bad. When we checked out at 11am, we stepped outside and they locked the room with our luggage inside at 10:30; we had to wait a long time for someone to open the door. The pool needs an update and is dirty.

The proximity to the beach is good. The long lines to access the front desk staff were annoying. The initial room was sketchy, not comfortable, didn’t match pictures online, and the bathroom door didn’t close.
