The breakfast was great, though there were many options, and the coffee was good. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were fresh. Parking was right outside and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It costs extra for a baby cot, but we solved that by bringing our own.

The front desk stayed open until the Karaktärshotellet lobby, including the bar, and the staff were fantastic! The description of where to check in was unclear, especially since it was tied to Karaktärshotellet.

Everything worked, and the hotel was close to where my children and grandchildren stayed. The shared kitchen was good. The room was very cramped.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and easy to interact with. The duvet and towel bundle cost 185sek per set, which was very expensive compared to other hostels I've stayed at, and there was only one towel included.
