How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were traditional Japanese style, but the common areas weren’t very clean (especially the fridge, which was very dirty). They’re also used by a pop‑up restaurant. The nightly rate is too high compared to the cleanliness, service quality, and location.

The place felt clean and the owner was very kind, so I honestly want to go back. No negatives; it was very cozy.

We rented the whole building, so it was easy to stay with kids. I apologize for changing my arrival time, but the staff handled it pleasantly and I was very grateful.

The staff were very good, but it would be nice to have a TV in the living room.
