I booked two days in advance and when I arrived with my adult female friend, the staff denied us the room and wouldn’t refund my money. I’m asking you to remove this hotel from your list. The staff were unfriendly and hostile.

This place has its perks - it's centrally located in a quiet side street, the room is a decent size with a comfy chair, and the Wi-Fi works like a charm. There's plenty of storage space and a clean, friendly atmosphere. The included breakfast is served next door, and the bed, although a bit firm, is still pretty comfortable. However, I do wish they had a fridge, especially when the temperature outside is scorching hot.
