The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet leaves no desire unmet. Having water and a coffee machine in the room is a plus. The central location is top.

Francesco and Catherine welcomed us warmly and shared a lot of useful tips about Zermatt. The hotel sits in a great spot, is tidy, and the breakfast is excellent.

The location is very central and quiet, and the building has been beautifully renovated with high‑quality materials. The staff are friendly and the on‑site restaurant is good, though the breakfast could be improved by offering regional butter instead of the small packaged portions.
