The staff are very courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. The rooms are impeccably clean, with bedding and towels changed frequently – one large set per person. The pillows are good. Breakfast is fine but bland – it would be great for three days, but for our seven it got tiring. The beds are narrow and one had “squeaky” springs. Neither the room nor the bathroom had any cups or glasses, but upon request they were immediately provided in the dining area. There was no kettle – a kettle I brought with me was useful. The shower door, when needed to be closed, fell out but could be easily put back in place.

I could order a shuttle to the airport or the port for 10 euros, which is fair, and I was able to leave my luggage at reception when checking out. However, water leaked from the sink, the towels were changed daily but often weren't clean, and the housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms for the six nights I stayed—only the bathroom got a wipe‑down. There was no soundproofing; I could hear neighbors talking, even singing, and the cleaning staff chatting before they started. Breakfast was available, but the window was too short, from 20:00 to 21:30, and should be extended. The menu had variety, but 30 minutes before closing the supply ran out, so if you arrive late you barely get anything for the same price. The resort has two sites: one near the beach with a pool, the other much farther away, requiring a long walk, which isn’t mentioned in the listing. You can access the beach and lounge chairs when you book the hotel, but the umbrella depends on your rapport with the staff—some get one, others don’t.
