Marco, the host, was incredibly attentive even after our flight got cancelled; we arrived a day late, and the next day we didn't know our arrival time, yet he stayed on top of everything and was very kind. He even made a video call to help us get into the super cute and comfortable apartment next to the lively Trastevere. It was a real win! The only downside was that we had to leave one day earlier.
