The stay was great: the hotel was spotless, the staff courteous, and the breakfast superb. It’s located less than two minutes from the tram or bus, in a quiet, safe, family‑friendly neighborhood far from noise and bars. A special thanks to the lady who cleaned our room each morning—she was wonderful and very friendly. Thank you! A small improvement would be to enlarge the reception seating area; there were only a few seats, and a more comfortable lounge would be appreciated.
