I encountered cockroaches during my stay.

The room’s aircon and wifi quality were good, but every time I entered or left the premises I had to ask someone for assistance.

There were cockroaches, so the property really needs fumigation, and I had to ask the lady to let me in or out, which was quite annoying.

The bed was comfortable, but there was no microwave in the unit, the bar fridge‑freezer was badly frozen, and I saw small cockroaches during the day and large ones at night on the table above the fridge. When I arrived, there was no cold water; I had two empty bottles I wanted to fill, and the staff said they would fill them in the yard, which they did. In my unit there was also no cold water because we wanted to make coffee, so I wondered where that water came from. I saw a JoJo tank in the yard with filters, and after drinking from the bottle I felt sick and later had stomach cramps that evening. I went around the back to see the lady fetching my water and saw the JoJo tank; she should have told me she was giving me filtered water from a tank. We also had three power disruptions after check‑in, plus another 25‑minute cut on Saturday morning. For me, this was a waste of money; they could do better.
