How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location worked well for a one‑night stay, and the employees were very accommodating and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the hotel is old, needs new beds, lobby upgrades, and room updates. The staff did their best to keep the stay pleasant.

The room was not clean and there was no fridge or microwave.

The value and location were good, but the fridge in room 302 leaked water, so I had to put a towel in it to soak up the moisture.

Nothing positive. There are permanent residents, odd types, a feeling of insecurity, and if you search the motel on Google you can read about all the incidents that have happened there. My wife and I fell ill there on the last days of July, and in August we were still not 100 % recovered, even spending a week in a nursing home nearby. I won’t say it’s because of the motel, but it’s a shelter for sick and other people, so why should they accept tourists? That’s just my opinion; I would never go back. I’ve never had this experience in any Motel 6 across the USA.
