A very cute spot with a great location—within walking distance of Nimman and Huay Kaew but still in a local neighborhood. The staff were sweet and the big TV let me stream Netflix. The main problem was that I couldn’t get hot water consistently from the shower; I didn’t ask for it to be fixed. Also, breakfast was mentioned in earlier reviews but wasn’t available when I stayed.

The first thing I noticed was how pleasant and helpful the staff were. The building looked new, with clean, modern, well‑equipped rooms and shower facilities (the hot shower was powerful 😁). A self‑service high‑tech coffee machine and biscuits were available at all times, which was a welcome bonus. The location is excellent—close to the airport and the VFS Visa & Passport office.

Friendly staff and a convenient spot near Nimman and Maya, but the air‑con’s bright light forces you to leave it on if you want to sleep, so I opened the balcony doors instead; the city isn’t the quietest place to rest, with a busy intersection and a flight path overhead, and the thin floors let me hear upstairs neighbours.
