The location and Falls view were great, but there was no pool, the workout area was tiny, and dining options were limited.

The spot was great—once we parked, we never moved the car again. We strolled to shops on Main Street, caught ball games at La Fluor field, hit up restaurants, trekked through Reedy Park, and checked out the Saturday Farmers Market. I wish the room had a directory explaining how to use the safe, restaurant hours, gym hours, and spa services; the QR codes were helpful but didn’t cover those specifics.

I booked a room to celebrate my birthday and was blown away from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s décor is unique, the service is top‑class, the restaurant is world‑class, and the complimentary upgrade felt like a cherry on top. I absolutely loved it!
