The place offers the tranquility of being surrounded by greenery and ample space, perched on the ridge of the hill. It’s easy to travel to Perugia, Assisi, and other towns, and the relaxed vibe by the pool after a day of hiking around Umbrian villages is great. Honestly, we didn’t find any flaws. Of course, everything can be improved, but here we found exactly what we were looking for, so we have nothing negative to say.

I was truly very happy. The welcome was excellent from the start: the staff were kind, available, and attentive to every detail, making you feel comfortable right away. The property is enchanting, set in Umbrian countryside with a breathtaking view best enjoyed at sunset. The apartment is well‑maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere exudes tranquility and relaxation. The location is ideal for escaping routine and enjoying the silence and beauty of the Umbrian landscapes without being too isolated. I highly recommend this agriturismo to anyone looking for an authentic experience of genuine hospitality, nature, and serenity. I’ll definitely return!

The view was lovely, but the fact that air conditioning wasn’t mentioned and only a vertical fan was provided made it unbearable with two little girls and no ventilation; we had to leave a night early and received no refund for the unused night.

“Un posto speciale”

The place is a small oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, free from rush or traffic, with a very characteristic setting that keeps its rural spirit while meeting modern needs—from a nice pool to shaded outdoor areas with umbrellas, loungers, ping‑pong, mini‑football, barbecue, and a relaxation zone. The apartments are simple, clean, and functional, with a small but complete kitchen that includes dishes and pots. For a family with children like ours, it was super, and the same would apply to a couple. A suggestion for the managers: given our experience (handled patiently and courteously by Luca and the dad), I’d advise guests to always bring their house keys to avoid the risk of being locked out.
