“Near the airport and day out locations”

The location is perfect, just near the airport and plenty of restaurants and shopping malls; the rooms are a decent size and the bed is super comfy, with a large bathroom that has plenty of shelves for toiletries. However, the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for multiple guests – each room should have had a set of 4 dining items, but we hardly had one of each; the lighting was a bit dark, not great for doing makeup, and the cleaning crew were late in cleaning the room.

“Wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the smell”

The location was fine, but the room stank really bad and I couldn’t sleep all night; I notified the front desk, but they said they were all rented out, so we couldn’t switch rooms.

It was mostly quiet considering it’s right next to the airport and a busy freeway, but housekeeping slammed the doors with the inside latch pulled to keep the door from shutting completely, then slammed it down, sounding like a gunshot or someone breaking down the door – it was way too loud. This happens at all hotels; they should use a soft dirty towel on the floor instead of the door latch to keep the door from shutting completely.

It was okay, but there was a roach I had to kill in the bathroom.
