We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Acapulco. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Mr. Bazi at the concierge for being so kind and helpful. The hotel feels like home and is conveniently located near the city centre. Breakfast could be a little better, but it has all the essentials. I highly recommend renting a bike from the hotel and cycling to the city centre. Overall, a lovely stay and definitely recommended!
10.0/10 I’m genuinely grateful for the outstanding stay at this hotel. From the instant we checked in, the service, cleanliness, hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail were remarkable. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. What truly stood out was an act of honesty that reflected the integrity of the hotel and its team. After leaving, I realized I’d left a bag with our passports, a large sum of cash, and other valuable items. I returned a few days later and was relieved to find the bag untouched and sealed, then placed securely in a safe so nothing was lost or tampered with. When I retrieved it, every document, personal item, and money was exactly as I’d left it. This level of honesty and responsibility deserves the highest praise, giving me full confidence in the hotel and its staff. I highly recommend this place for its excellent facilities, cleanliness, service, and the trustworthiness of its team. I’ll gladly return in the future. Thanks to the entire team for their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding hospitality.

We had a great stay at Hotel Acapulco; the location is truly perfect—quiet and green, yet close to the beach and some of the best beach clubs and bars in Forte dei Marmi; the hotel is surrounded by beautiful, unique pine trees and plenty of greenery, giving it a very relaxed, almost Mediterranean vibe; the available bikes are ideal for exploring Forte dei Marmi and the boulevard, and the jacuzzi is a lovely extra; our room was super clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a beautiful sea view; the hotel also has interesting art objects, giving it more character than an average hotel; it’s a great place to relax, both in the garden and on the balcony; all in all, great location, clean, atmospheric, comfortable, and exactly the relaxed atmosphere you look for in Forte dei Marmi.
