How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was very nice. Breakfast was outstanding for a “built‑in” motel breakfast: a spacious room, a nice booth on a raised platform, an exceptional variety of options, and I especially liked the yogurt self‑serve. We did get lost a few times because the building is physically large and the signage is a bit confusing.

The breakfast offered a wide range of items for everyone: juice, water, cereal, hot foods like eggs and breakfast potatoes, muffins, and bread, plus coffee and tea. My wife and I traveled from Florida to Iowa for several stays. Even though the breakfast here was varied and one of the best we tried, it wasn’t necessarily healthy. Most places use disposable plates and cutlery to cut costs and boost profits, which isn’t great for the customer.

The breakfast was ok and yhe bed was comfortable. The ceiling leaked in the bathroom on the floor and sink. The was mold growing down the bathroom wall in the first room. We asked for a new room for night 2 and the tub drained so slowly that the water was over my ankles after a very quick shower. Both rooms had a very musty smell

The pool was excellent—very large and spotless. The rooms, including the pet rooms, were spotless. The air‑conditioning was chilly, while the shower was hot. Breakfast was fantastic. I just wish we had more time there and a booklet with local menus and pizza spots.
