The shower was good, but the club on the roof was not.

The customer service was excellent and the stay was exceptional. The pool was not.
I was treated well at the front desk by Jay, who was extremely helpful. I didn’t realize it was right on the highway, so it was very noisy.

Breakfast was less than average. Coffee was lukewarm. Noise level due to proximity to elevated freeway was unbearable. 4th floor was even with traffic. Hardly slept due to noise. Front desk failed to mention noise or that there were earplugs available
