The location is great, convenient for the train station, ferry, beach, and town. However, the TV, fridge, coffee and tea kettle did not work, there was no hot water for two days, and the light over the bathroom sink was broken.

The mattress was decent, but there was no hot water, only one towel per person, the coffee machine had no capsules, the toilet seat was broken, breakfast was free at the bar but the bar was closed, the TV was nice but Rai and Mediaset were missing, and so on. I never complain, but this place is just too bad.

The location was fine, but the breakfast at the coffee bar was a bit further down the street. The building was under renovation, and we were given room 1, which was already in terrible condition from a previous renovation. The floors were damaged, the air‑conditioning barely worked, there were cracks in the headboard, the minibar was non‑existent, only a small non‑functional fridge was available, the TV constantly demanded re‑programming, the ceiling light in the bathroom flickered irritably, and the light over the sink didn’t work. All of this was reported to the host, but there was no response or solution. If you drive, it’s impossible to unload luggage at the location; parking in the Lazio garage was recommended. The handover there was chaotic, but you should be notified in advance if you plan to leave and the car will be ready. Perhaps we got the wrong room, but despite the beautiful photos, I’ll never stay here again.
